Overview
We developed a custom ERP for a transport and distribution company running several warehouses and a fleet of trucks. The system links customer orders to stock allocation, trip scheduling and proof of delivery, right through to invoicing and collections. A management dashboard shows shipment status, capacity usage and key metrics in real time, and a simple web app lets drivers confirm deliveries on the spot.

The challenge
Each department kept its own Excel sheets, leading to conflicting stock figures and delayed invoicing. Management had no clear view of fleet performance or late trips until it was too late to act.
The solution
We analysed each department's workflow and built a system of connected modules: orders, warehouses, fleet and accounts. Granular role-based permissions, a full audit trail and automatic alerts for low stock or delayed trips keep everyone aligned. The system was delivered in phases, with legacy data migrated and staff trained on every module.
