Overview

We designed and built a complete website for a clinics group spanning several specialties and branches. It presents doctor profiles, working hours and each clinic's services in a clear structure, with an appointment request form that goes straight to the reception team. We focused on a calm, reassuring experience that works for every age group and loads quickly on the phones most patients use, backed by a dashboard where staff can update doctors and offers themselves.

The challenge

The old site was dated and barely usable on mobile, with outdated doctor details and schedules. That meant a flood of enquiry calls and lost booking requests. Management also needed a way to keep content current without calling in a developer for every change.

The solution

We built a clear path from specialty to doctor to appointment request, with a dedicated page and map for every branch. A smart booking form routes each request to the right branch by email and in the dashboard, and a full English version serves international patients. We also optimised the site for local search so the clinics appear when people look for specialists nearby.
