Overview
We built an online store for a young natural skincare brand that had been selling only through Instagram. We focused on a design that reflects the brand's calm identity, product pages that clearly explain ingredients and usage, and a fast mobile checkout. The store connects to Paymob, mobile wallets and a local courier, with a dashboard for stock, orders and promotions.

The challenge
Orders arrived through direct messages, eating up the team's time and causing mistakes in addresses and quantities. Many customers were also hesitant to pay upfront, and the brand needed to build more trust to grow its customer base.
The solution
We designed a three-step checkout that remembers addresses for repeat orders, and offered multiple payment options including cash on delivery to reassure first-time buyers. Customer reviews and product FAQs build confidence, while bundle offers lift average order value. Customers receive automatic notifications when their order is confirmed and shipped.
